Hello, If the lock cylinder is free-spinning, either the lock cylinder, ignition switch, or both are installed incorrectly, defective, or the wrong part number. You may have additional damage as well, so a thorough inspection of the steering column is necessary. You should also remove the lock cylinder, turn the ignition switch by hand, and see if you get the accessories to come on. If not, the part is incorrect, not connected properly, defective, or the battery is dead.
