What is your question?
I checked all fuses and they look good. They would work and then not, intermittently and now they don't work at all. Is this th combination switch? And if so, where is it located?

Hello, The combination switch for the turn signals is the first thing I think to test. Yes, please test before replacing. The combination switch is the actual lever you use to activate the turn signals. Check to see if your horn works too, as the combination switch also houses the SIR coil (clock spring) that sits behind the steering wheel. The steering wheel must be removed to replace this assembly, and this is likely the issue. Removing an airbag will cause serious injury or death if done incorrectly.
