Replaced battery still wont turn over

Hello, are you certain the battery you've installed is fully charged and able to handle a load? Do you have lights on at all when turning the key? Have you verified an automatic transmission is securely in "Park" or a manual transmission has the clutch switch functioning properly? Are all cables and connections secure and free of corrosion? Have you checked all fuses?
