What is your question?
I have a 2019 Ford transit connect xlt 2.0 liter engine that needs to have its Vapor canister purge valve replaced. I found the part and it seems straight forward, however I cannot find the location of this anywhere. I need to know the location of the Vapor canister purge valve.

This part has a factory warranty of at least 50,000 miles or three years which ever comes first. Being an emissions component. Are you sure you shouldn't be seeking help from your local Ford dealership? What diagnostic testing went into determining that this part has failed?
The van currently has 76,000 miles on it and is currently out of factory warranty. The code is P0496 and the rough idiling intermittently is consistent with a bad Vapor canister purge valve. Also, based on my research this is a very common problem with the transits both full size and connect where they get stuck open from being clogged. I just need to know the location so I can verify if it’s bad or need to move forward and I cannot find that information anywhere.
Hey did you ever figure out the location? I’m having the same issue. I feel like I remember seeing in a junker at the wrecking yard and it was under the floor pan where the 2nd row seating would be on the inside of the van. I’m having the same issue on my van and hoping to not just start tearing things apart.
I kept finding this post while trying to find the fix. I fixed it myself. Location is by the manifold. Look for green tabs. One hooks up by the front and one on the rear. There’s a metal plate, use the one that’s already installed no need to swap that in. The part number is KV6Z-9D289-A. First thing I did was remove the battery and air intake hose. That cleared a straight shot to remove and connect the part. Took about 10 minutes being careful. Make sure to put everything back correctly and take your time. Good luck.
Took care of code P0496 and P0170
