Engine quit at idle when turn steering or a/c on.

Hello, sounds like a basic engine performance concern. Test for fuel delivery, proper spark, and most importantly likely in this case, the proper air getting into the engine at the appropriate times. Too much or not enough air -- as in with a restriction or vacuum leak can cause trouble for you. Testing is required with a good diagnostic tool that can monitor multiple parameters.
