Hi - I am Dave, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. This code sets when the fuel rail pressure is too low when the engine is cranking. Such a concern is caused by insufficient fuel pressure to the fuel rail, dirty or clogged fuel lines, a fuel injection pump issue or an issue with the fuel pump module.
