Why does my Ford 500 have a ROUGH IDLE, and the kights flicker.

Hello, with lights flickering, I look towards electrical output issues, such as with the alternator and voltage regulator. Check for battery condition and voltage, check for alternator output in amps and volts. Check wiring connections at the battery and alternator.
