Should I just replace my receiver and expansion valve, or the A/C compressor also

In 2007 the A/C would be warm at idle and cold on highway. So the Ford house replaced the Compressor. Didn't help, so we just said forget it. Today while my car was at the Ford House I ask them to look at the A/C again. This new guy said this was a well know problem with the 500. The compressor would throw off metal into the receiver and expansion valve. There is no indication that the Expansion valve and receiver were change in 2007 when they put on the new compressor. Should I go ahead and change all parts again or only the valve and receiver.
