What is your question?
Check charge light came on. Then went off. New battery, new serp belt, alternator replacement less than 12 months prior. Brought to garage. Put in a new alternator " said it was fluctuating ". Drove it and it happened again. This time car dies. Cluster goes limp, loss of power. They then said PCM. Tried that, no fix! Chased wires, nothing found short, grounded, etc. Help?!

First: find a new shop with credible technicians who know how to diagnose and repair a vehicle. "Throwing parts at a car and hoping for the best by guessing" is simply not an acceptable diagnosis and repair process. I'd make sure a diagnostic tool capable of reading codes and data streams for BODY components as well as POWERTRAIN and CHASSIS components is being utilized. I'd check the Smart Junction Box to see if there is moisture or damage. I'd check any electrical components under the dash for signs of water intrusion. I'd be checking for any "C" codes in the BCM and SJB which drives the cluster. I would check for alternator output in amperage and voltage at 2,000 RPM, and ensure the battery is solid and good and fully charged, able to handle a load. This is just basic information. A trusted, skilled, experienced technician with proper diagnostic tools, shop manual resources and other equipment will figure out your concern with relative ease.
