What is your question?
transmission works fine if one gradually accelerates and continues to drive at higher speed. In traffic at various speeds in the 30 to 50 mph range there is hesitation and excess noise when slowly accelarting. Also fibration felt on floor at passenger side. One has to push through acceleration pedal harder to get rid of it. Transmission was replaced once already, but same problem. Mileage: 62,000. Ford garage blames that this is not your typical transmission??? Hans Van Grondelle

Still sounds like a driveline problem or bad mount-I would get another opinion from a local shop since it is out of warranty I assume.
The vibration could be a defective inner CV joint, so I would have that checked ASAP. Once that is resolved re-inspect the operation of the transmission. 62k for a transmission is pretty shabby. Did you ever talk to Ford about this?
There is a known electronic problem with these transmissions which can cause this. We've repaired several of them.
