The original 5 digit code is typically listed on a sticker on the module that controls it. On this car, it's the smart junction box (SJB) which is a module that doubles up as the fuse box under the drivers dash. Check on that box for a sticker that has the 5 digit number. Other than that you will have to have the code pulled with a diagnostic tool. The good news, though, is that most reasonable dealers will do it for you for free. It's quick, easy, and should be seen as a customer satisfaction and retention tool by the dealership. Good luck!
