Does my 05 ford five hundred have some sort of tracker the police can use to help find it as it was stolen

I have it in a 05 Ford 500 Limited all-wheel drive leather seems to have every available option this guy was supposed to go for a test drive and ever came back so far the police have not have any luck finding it or him I was hoping it had some kind of factory security that could be tracked

What makes this problem better or worse?

He doesnt come back
