Is there a procedure to enable the trailer TPMS without have to connect the FORSCAN?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Intermittent static and scratching while on a Bluetooth call.

How long has your 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty had this problem?

Since the truck was new and it’s not the phone. It happens on any phone IOS or Android. Ford has had it 4 times.
