Hello, which engine is your F350 equipped with? Your symptoms make me think the starting system doesn't think you're in Park or Neutral gear. Check the shifter position first. A diagnostic tool may be needed to find out what the processors think the shifter position is. Even if it seems to be in Park, it may be showing that it's not in Park. Without being in Park or Neutral, your engine will not crank. This is merely a guess of one possible cause. Hands on testing is needed to really know what's going on.
