Ford F350 Diesel Truck will not start..

What is your question?

I recently started having problem with my engine loosing power. Now I cannot get it to start at all when I crank the engine. I have changed the air filter and both fuel filters. Doesn't help so just wondering if that could be something else obvious that I'm missing. It has 113,000 miles. Thanks
