The recommendation that I can find is as follows: Rotate tires every 7,500 miles, using the this sequence if all tire are the same size and load rating: L/F tire to L/R outer, L/R outer to L/R inner, L/R inner to R/F, R/F to R/R outer, R/R outer to R/R inner, R/R inner to L/F.
