So The pump is connecting positively, but the negative is not connected to the ground its going into the relay or computer!!

You have got power to the pump that's good. The computer in your car takes in inputs (ignition key in cranking or run position, it looks for crank rotation and then turns on the fuel pump. You would need to follow the wiring diagram see if the computer is triggering ground for the pump or pump relay. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
