Engine will not turn over

What is your question?

Went to start truck this morning and nothing happened, no noise - nothing. Checked fuses, oil level, tried to start in nuetral. Pulled ignition switch and cleaned it, all looked fine. What relay should I check and how? What other ideas? Both batteries are less than 9 months old.
