What is your question?
This has been happening more and more as the weather gets colder. It never did it during the summer. I can start the Truck and let it idle while warming up and it will sound fine then it sounds like the engine is loping then it dies. You have to let it sit for a couple min then start it up. Sometimes it does it and sometimes it's fine. When I'm driving it will do the same thing and die on me while I'm driving at any speed. Again i have to let it sit then start it after a few minutes. We have changed both fuel filters. I get a check engine light occasionally and that is due to the egr valve that needs replaced. Not sure if it is related to that. The truck never did it in the summer but did a few times last spring and has been doing it more now that its cold again. After i drive it and shut it off then let it sit for a while it will run fine with no problems
What makes this problem better or worse?
Worse when it's cold out.
