excessive blue smoke from exhaust, stumbling and hesitation

have excessive blue smoke from exhaust surging and stumbling hot or cold at higher rpms. notice stumbling at 1500 rpm and up, excessive blue smoke from exhaust at 3000 rpm and up(6 spd standard trans)also stumbles at same point. had #4 injector replaced approx 3 months ago. noticing this more and more often as it becomes colder temps outside during usage(winter now approaching) does this the forewarning of more injectors failing???
