why does my 2003 turbo charged diesel motor 6.0 wont go over 70 mph on highway

What is your question?

it goes top speed of 70 mph at 2100 rpm and it looses power going up small inclines

no check engine light and seems to run good just wont get above 70 mph i notice the turbo intake hose keepd coming off but that doesnt seem to be the issue

We have upgraded turbo hoses and clamps that we use. But your correct that should not be the problem. If you like I can drive it for you, Maybe the speed limiter got set and needs to be taken off. I think this needs to come to a shop to have a diagnostic done. We have the factory scan tool that ford uses.
