I scan my truck and Igot a p1139 and we replaced all the fuel, but truck wont star also I noticed that the turbo has a little bit of water inside everytime i try to start the truck. Is that a problem?

P1139 can be due to a calibration issue (TSB 06-22-12 applies), or have a problem with the Horizontal Fuel Conditioning Module (HFCM), or the water in fuel sensor pins getting corroded. However, it will not cause a "no-start". Water in the turbo - not sure I ever heard about water getting into the turbo. Coking, yes, water no. Not sure what to say about that one. No start on this vehicle could be due to a bunch of things. A good diagnostic with someone who really specializes in the 6.0L Diesel is invaluable. If you had a huge amount of bad fuel, you could have multiple issues of contamination. Also, did your fuel filter have debris in it - kind of flaky metal looking debris? If so, the lining of the fuel tank is coming apart and the debris is going through your fuel system. Very common, as the tank lining cannot take the chemical reactions that occur by using BioDiesel fuel. This would require extensive repairs. http://repairpal.com/ford-repair-in-castro-valley-california That's a directory of shops near you, but I'm going to probably direct you to a local dealership with a skilled 6.0L Diesel Tech. There are a few in the Bay Area I know that are excellent.
