Loss of acceleration power on hills and no pickup power on flat.

Mass air flow sensor (MAF sensor) was installed. Little to no change. Is it possible cam sensor or crank sensor are not working properly? Or could crack in turbo charger air tube or grommet cause this problem? Almost zero pickup. Engine does not seem to stumble or miss, just no power.

I would highly recommend taking the vehicle to qualified repair shop to have the symptom diagnosed/tested. Several components can cause the same symptom and I would not recommend keep throwing parts at the vehicle. The loss of power and the blue smoke out of the tailpipe can be related which can possibly be a turbo issue. But again, get the vehicle properly diagnosed.
