F350 2002 with 7.3 won't stay running

Started out when I turned key on had a bunch of blinking lights on dash and the relays in fuse box were clicking like crazy I cleaned battery cables and put new batteries in and started rite up thought proublem was fixed after turning it on and off about four times It shut down on me now I have no power anywhere no lights or anything checked fuses all good help......
