draining torque converter

Many vehicles don't have a drain plug, and the way to remove the fluid is to flush the fluid out. There are machines that do this, but I found that taking the appropriate cooler line off the trans cooler, placing the line in a bucket, and as the engine is running, add trans fluid to the transmission until the fluid coming out is clean. You need to be sure not to let the transmission run low on fluid!
