Engine Stopped while coming down a hill. Won't start now, CPU ? or fuel supply?

Sorry you have a problem. You are correct it is either fuel or electrical. There are so many different causes I cant list them all. We would test for spark first, then fuel. It is very difficult perform these tests on a van because of components location.
