Can I tow my truck behind my motorhome without pulling the drive shaft ?

It is not recommended to tow an automatic transmission equipped vehicle with its wheels on the ground. Make sure if you are going to remove the drive shaft the rear of the transmission has a flange and not a sliding fit front of the drive shaft otherwise oil will not be kept in the transmission and may leak out. Call your Ford dealer see what they say.
Only if you tow it from the rear with the rear wheels on a dolly. And even then if the front wheels are not locked perfectly straight it will track crooked. If you can't tow it with the rear wheels off the ground you must remove the drive shaft. Disconnect it at the rear end and tie it to the frame so the front yolk will not come out of the transmission.
ok THANKS
