Ok to drive when turbo out

Without the operation of the turbocharger, I would imagine there is a very low amount of power output, which in itself would create an unsafe driving condition -- for you and for other drivers. When a malfunction occurs, it's best to get to a place of safety and seek assistance to get the vehicle towed and serviced.
