I keep blowing lower radiator hose off can you tell me why

I would highly doubt a head gasket issue on this vehicle. Which engine do you have -- 6.2L gas or 6.7L Diesel? If you haven't already, get rid of and replace that clip clamp and ensure the hose is fitting all the way over the radiator tube. Also, verify you have purged the cooling system of any air in the system, which can cause you problems also.
