I'm assuming the power to the wire that was shorted to ground no longer has power as well? I'm showing that the instrument cluster is powered up via Fuse 11 (10amp) in the Body Control Module(Don't see it's location). Fuse 11 is hot all the time. Fuse 36 (10amp) is powered up in Run or Start only and is located in the BCM also. Is the key doing nothing when turned?
