I go down the highway doing 65 or 70 and hit a few bumps and the front end starts bouncing really bad
How long has your 2009 Ford F-250 Super Duty had this problem?

I always recommend the original equipment Ford shock absorbers. You can check with a local shop near you for other alternatives perhaps but the original Ford components would be ideal -- unless the vehicle has been modified. Note that other concerns with the vehicle steering and suspension could cause stability and bouncing issues and would require inspection. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
