Why my 2008 ford f 250 diesel, shut down while driving.

this truck has had high pressure pump replaced previous , also turbos, fuel pump. LOTS of things already replaced. It was running fine after turbo replacement and going down high way. no codes ever came up. engine got a little louder and then shut off. small amount of oil on the passenger side seen on frame where it dripped down. truck will not start. when key is turned it almost sounds like starter spins. any clues?
