one low beam no power (driver's side)

This is not a switch problem, more likely a wiring problem. The wire that feeds power to the low beam needs to be fault traced. Get a wiring diagram and check for power at several points along the circuit, this is normally checked at the junction connectors. You probably have a terminal that backed out of a connector housing and is no longer making a connection.
