How do I drain diesel fuel tank

There probably isn't a drain plug. I assume you've looked for yourself and haven't seen one. There usually isn't on American vehicles. You probably can't get a siphon hose into it either. Generally, you either lift the bed or lower the tank to get into the top of the tank where the fuel pump module is and siphon or pump it out.
