Ran out of gas. Water in gas tank. Removed most of water & added sea foam pro to tank. New spark plugs, fuel pressure sensor, fuel & air filters, new battery & terminals. OBDII Scanner shows fuel pressure is 64.7 psi while cranking. Sucked old fuel from injection rail & added sea foam to rail. Still not starting.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Suspected VCT solenoids are sludged up with old oil
