Is this a question about installation or do you have a symptom? Please elaborate.
There are three Service Bulletins from Ford that year about the EGR cooler. One regarding oil in the coolant, one regarding coolant venting from the coolant reservoir, and one regarding a turbo whine or whistle. My labor guide says its nearly 7 hour job to replace.
