Speedometer not working

Hello, it would be beneficial to utilize a diagnostic tool that has the ability to monitor on board data to see if there is any information being detected by the PCM and TCM from the VSS. If you are not getting signal, you can focus your attention to the differential mounted VSS and related wiring and connector. You would likely also encounter an active diagnostic trouble code (DTC) for this concern. If you get a VSS reading that is accurate, then you can focus your attention on the interface between the PCM and TCM and the IC (Instrument Cluster) modules, and see if there is some kind of concern there also. Lastly, ensure you have 2 fully charged batteries in good condition, and that your charging system is functioning properly to ensure all electrical concerns are eliminated from consideration.
