What is your question?
When I bought the truck used the previous owner told us that if the truck gets below 1/4 of a tank it will stall out. Well it happened and won't start back up. We refilled the tank and replaced the fuel filters. We can turn the engine over and it sounds like it wants to turn on but it keeps almost starting and then stalling. When the engine turns over to start we can feel the fuel pump moving. However the reservoir is not filling up. We've turned the engine to start multiple times and have seen very few air bubbles popping up into the reservoir but it's still not filling. There were no signs of it filling up the whole time we tried. We turned the key to start without starting the engine at least a dozen times and there were no signs of it filling up. Could this be the fuel pump itself or a short somewhere? We've checked the whole engine and diagnosed it with a sct scanner. No codes pop up

Hi! this is Bo with Car Genius at RepairPal! Have you tried checking the power and ground to the fuel pump? If not, I'd check there first. It sounds like a classic fuel pump issue to me! If you have any other questions feel free to give us a call at (877) 913-1554
