Hello, this vehicle requires a trained specialist who knows all the tricks and common repair concerns of this specific engine, the 6.0L Ford Power Stroke Diesel. There are several different possible causes, and for the last 14 years the vehicle has been operated, serviced and repaired -- which would eliminate some possible causes, as there were upgraded parts and procedures along the way. One of the (many) causes of crank no start was a lack of low pressure engine oil getting to the high pressure pump -- this caused by a "STC" branch tube fitting on the low pressure pump that leaks pressure. Most of these were repaired long ago, however, so it could certainly be that yours has previously been fixed. These vehicles develop oil and egr cooler leaks, have issues with FICM (fuel injector control modules), EBP sensors, injector concerns, variable geometry turbocharger vane concerns -- coking up, EGR valves coking up... It just goes on and on... Please find a local skilled experienced 6.0L Ford Diesel technician near you who can help.
