Can you change out the electronic throttle control?

I do not think this vehicle has an electronic throttle body. I think it is still cable driven with conventional throttle body. In this case, I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but certainly a good diagnostic test will help pin point the cause.

It does have an electronic throttle if it has the 3 valve motor. You need to taheit into a shop for a proper Diag.
