Air conditioner glitch

What is your question?

My air conditioner blows fine and cool but does not blow on the feet. When selected on any of the settings the floor area doesn't normally work. I recently purchased the vehicle and haven't investigated but the selector for high and low actually blew on my feet yesterday but stopped when the truck was shut off and now doesn't work anymore. Is there a fuse or something that controls which fans blow?
