When I park over night with the cab pointing up I have a hard time starting.

Problem might have something to do with your fuel line from the gas tank, the gas tank itself, or the pump in the tank (if there is one). With the front of your truck facing downward, gravity is your friend and it fills the fuel line to your engine. With you front facing upward, the fuel line would be not be full (empty?) and you would have trouble easily start the truck. Hope this helps.
