What is your question?
Whenever driving at slow speeds (5-20mph) and when I let off the throttle, there will be a humming noise coming under the engine. Noise goes away on its own after about 10-15 seconds, or it goes away when I turn off the truck or giving it throttle. If I just give it the slightest bit of throttle the humming gets a higher pitch, if I give it slightly more throttle the noise goes away until it happens again.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Truck is warmed up seems to be worse.
How long has your 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty had this problem?
Since I've had the truck. A month now.

Hello, you did not indicate which engine your truck has installed in it. This is one factor I would appreciate learning to help give advice. But beyond that to be honest with you, noise is really should be detected in person by somebody with a train deer who knows what the noise may be in person. I appreciate your description, but I can't tell whether it's vibration and resonance off of a frame piece, internal engine noise, intake manifold noise, catalytic converter heat shield noise, or anything else. It's too difficult to determine. So, I'd suggest visiting a local shop near you and showing a technician your noise first hand to get impressions. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
