Fog horn noise

Hello, this is often caused by a binding idle air control valve. If you gently tap on the valve when the problem is occurring, and it goes away temporarily, you'll know you're on the right track. The noise resonates from that valve through the air tube and air box, causing the noise. This is a "likely" cause, and cannot be confirmed until hands on inspection is performed. Good luck!
