i got a code p2614 i wanna know how the part look like & where in the motor it goes?

Hello the service engine soon light comes on when there is a system fault the computer found during the self monitor drive cycle.There is always a cause and affect to each fault code.My question is does the vehicle start and if so how does the engine run?
