Engine turns over, all lights & gauges working but won't crank

A diagnosis must first be performed before knowing what type of failure occurred. I would guess at a fuel pump, but a manual gauge test is necessary. Have someone cycle the key to the run posistion and listen closely for a hum at the fuel tank area. If the fuel pump is activating, then a scan tool diagnosis is needed.
