Ac compressor not working

I have to say that it's exceptionally frustrating that folks feel the need to "hook up a recharge can" of refrigerant. For anyone reading this -- DON'T DO IT. If you don't have the skill set, the experience, the training, and the proper gauges and equipment to do the job -- and no way to recover refrigerant -- do not attempt to add any. "Reading massive pressure" means that it will vent that refrigerant into the atmosphere. The system needs to be professionally discharged. The orifice tube needs removed and inspected for debris. Then, additional testing in the system for blockage or restriction. There are a myriad of other possible issues here, so testing is required.
