Changed injector cup now truck will no crank

Hello, have you verified that the engine actually physically turns by hand with a breaker bar on the crankshaft? It is possible that the cylinders could have filled with fuel preventing cranking. Without knowing the procedure followed, parts used or anything else, it's impossible to guess further. I'd recommend some hands on testing by a shop near you.
