no power to a few fuses

no power to fuse #7 (power window) had rain get into fuse box. radio was running with key out of ignition, no dome light. starter and start relay shorted out. with key on, I don't have power to a few of the fuse, mainly power window fuse. truck runs great, cruse, overdrive every thing works, except power window, Dome lights maybe night switch lights. replaced starter and relay switch. removed fuse box with gen. found water had oxidized connection where two big connectors (that bolt in) on fuse box. cleaned connection and applied dielectric gel. still same problem
