Went out to start it and did not have a WTS light, RPM didn't move, Oil Pressure gauge not working. Checked the 30amp fuse good, all other fuses good. Did PCM go bad?

The likelihood of this being a co-incidence is slim. Contact the company that flashed the PCM. It may or may be a bad PCM, but the chances of error when flashing a PCM are dependent upon the knowledge of the technician.
I have checked all the sensors for shorts to ground by unhooking each one at a time. I have also pulled the PCM connector and checked for voltage at the 71 and 97 pin connection and also the grounding pins all meter out good. I have also checked the PCM relay and it is pulling in or powering up. I am at a loss except for a possible bad PCM.
